Giselle Ugarte you may recognize if you a Twin Cities native from her active presence in the community. Giselle is the Marketing Director for Media Bridge Advertising, a sought after motivational speak, and executive performance coach. She has spent a good part of her career as a journalist and producer in television and radio.
Giselle decided to leave radio for marketing at Media Bridge, where she could humanize brands and create more inclusivity in mainstream media culture. She has extended her social media presence (200,000+ followers affectionately referred to as the "fam" and 20M+ video views on YouTube and TikTok) to real-life stages all over the world as a motivational speaker, which has been the most fulfilling experience of her life.
She has an incredible story about perseverance and following your vision. Giselle is authentic and true to her audience and those she engages with. She wants all that she encounters to feel empowered. You can see this through her volunteer work with the Special Olympics and many other organizations in the community.
